Expunge Your Criminal Record

After you have successfully completed probation, you are eligible to expunge your criminal record. Expungement of records could assist you to get work, allow you to go to school, and assist you to get specialist licenses. You also gain peace of mind. California requires that you get a formal court hearing where the judge carries complete discretion over whether your criminal conviction is expunged from your history or remains.

A hearing may need a witnesses, and include declarations in account of expunging your conviction. After a CA criminal conviction is cleared, you can say that you were not convicted of that crime.

Although California lawmakers have made expungement more tough, you may still clear your records and go forward.
